At approximately noon on Tuesday, October 17, a fire broke out on the west side of Hwy. 101, between Rodeo and Spencer avenues. Firefighters were able to quickly contain the blaze.
Sparks from Vehicle Likely Cause of Sausalito Fire
An investigation by the Fire Marshal of the Southern Marin Protection District has concluded that a spark-emitting vehicle was the likely cause of Tuesday's fire along Highway 101 between the Spencer Avenue and Rodeo Avenue exits in Sausalito.
