Planning Commission Update

The following action was taken at the Planning Commission meeting on February 7, 2018:
  • Denied an appeal and upheld the Zoning Administrator's decision approving a Minor Use Permit to allow for the service of beer and wine at the California Caviar Company tasting room located at 1403 Bridgeway.
The next Planning Commission meeting will be held on Wednesday, February 21 at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers. The following item is scheduled:
  • A request for a Design Review Permit to allow a second story addition to the existing one-story Fish and Chips restaurant building and a Tree Removal Permit request to allow removal of two protected trees located at 813-817 Bridgeway. The second story addition, which would include accessible restrooms, an elevator, storage space, and an office for the restaurant, would necessitate removal of the two protected trees located behind the existing building.

The CDD public counter in City Hall is open Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and on Friday from 8:00 a.m. to noon.
