With a wristband, you got unlimited tastings at chili booths, plus six wooden tokens for voting in the People's Choice category. Winners in the Best Booth and Judges' Choice categories were selected by a panel of judges that included Vice Mayor Joe Burns, Assemblymember Marc Levine, and Willow Creek Academy parent Kate Gothreau.
