New Yoga Classes for 2019

Sausalito Parks and Recreation is happy to welcome members of Yoga of Sausalito, which closed on December 23. Beginning in January 2019, seven new drop-in yoga classes will be offered in the Exercise Room at Sausalito City Hall:
  • Hatha Yoga Basics with Thom Switzer
    • Saturdays from 12:00 to 1:30 p.m. (drop-in fee: $15 for residents, $17 for non-residents)
    • Sundays from 8:30 to 10:00 a.m. (drop-in fee: $15 for residents, $17 for non-residents)
    • Wednesdays from 9:30 to 11:00 a.m. (drop-in fee: $15 for residents, $17 for non-residents)
  • Yin Yoga with Sarah Butler
    • Sundays from 5:30 to 6:45 p.m. (drop-in fee: $18 for residents, $20 for non-residents)
  • Morning Vinyasa Flow with Melanie Barna
    • Mondays from 6:30 to 7:45 a.m. (drop-in fee: $15 for residents, $17 for non-residents)
    • Wednesdays from 6:30 to 7:45 a.m. (drop-in fee: $15 for residents, $17 for non-residents)
  • Yin/Yang Yoga with Melanie Barna
    • Tuesdays from 10:45 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (drop-in fee: $15 for residents, $17 for non-residents)
This winter, Parks and Recreation will also offer Belly Dance with Robin Parvin on Mondays from 7:00 to 8:15 p.m. The drop-in fee is $12 for residents and $14 for non-residents. A 4-week session is $40 for residents and $45 for non-residents.
