Finance Committee Update

The Finance Committee is a standing subcommittee of the Sausalito City Council. It consists of two councilmembers and is tasked with monitoring the City's finances, evaluating fiscal implications, and making recommendations to the Council.

Previous meeting. A meeting of the Finance Committee was held on Monday, January 14. Topics on the agenda included an update from the Assistant City Manager/Administrative Services Director on Finance operations and upcoming projects, a review of the new structure of the Administrative Services Department, and discussion and endorsement of a proposal from NBS for a Sewer Rate and Stormwater Fee Study.

Upcoming meeting. The next meeting of the Finance Committee will be held on Monday, March 11 at 11:00 a.m. in the Council Chambers. At the meeting, the committee will hear an update on the City's annual financial audit and discuss a schedule for the upcoming mid-year budget review.
