Community Safety/Disaster Preparedness Committee Update

The role of the Community Safety/Disaster Preparedness Committee is to provide a forum for the community to share comments and concerns regarding public safety in Sausalito, including crime prevention, community outreach, and disaster preparedness education and training.

Previous Meeting. At its meeting on June 12, the committee discussed the General Plan Update, the Landslide Task Force, and upcoming community education events.

Upcoming Meeting. The next meeting of the Community Safety/Disaster Preparedness Committee will be held on Wednesday, July 10 at 5:00 p.m. in the meeting room of Fire Station 1 at 333 Johnson Street. Topics on the agenda include a review of the committee's presentation to the General Plan Advisory Committee and upcoming community outreach/education events. All meetings of the committee are open to the public, and community attendance and participation are encouraged.
