The City of Sausalito continues to review its options with legal counsel in the wake of the U.S. District Court ruling on March 1 enjoining the City from closing or clearing the Dunphy Park tent encampment and enforcing a prohibition on day camping.
City officials persist in reaching out daily to local and regional government partners — as well as non-profit organizations — to find appropriate and alternate housing for the occupants of the encampment.
