The City of Sausalito is still reviewing its options with legal counsel in the wake of the U.S. District Court ruling on March 1 enjoining the City from closing or clearing the Dunphy Park tent encampment and enforcing a prohibition on day camping.
City officials continue to reach out to local and regional government partners, as well as to non-profit organizations, to find appropriate and alternate housing for the occupants of the encampment.
