Four colorful new pickleball courts are now open to the public at the corner of Drake Avenue and Donahue Street in Marin City. Hours are sunrise to sunset, seven days a week.

Located on parkland belonging to Golden Gate Village, the new courts are the result of a collaboration between Play Marin, the Marin Housing Authority, and Rec, the company that maintains the courts.

Rec also hosts the platform that players use to reserve court time at $6 for each 30 minutes up to two hours. Courts that have not been reserved are open for round-robin play with games to 11.

Players who create an account with Rec can also sign up for classes and "social drop-in play," when available.
