On November 20, the Marin County Elections Department published the fifth update to results from the General Election on November 5.

With few uncounted ballots left, the top three vote-getters for three open seats on the City Council are:

• Ian Sobieski: 2,522 votes (23.53%)
• Steven Woodside: 2,414 votes (22.52%)
• Melissa Blaustein: 2,357 votes (21.99%)

Only ballots with signature issues remain to be counted. Affected voters have been notified and have until Sunday, December 1 to fix the problem.

The Elections Department will publish the official final election results on Tuesday, December 3. Newly elected councilmembers will be sworn in at the December 17 meeting of the City Council.
