Councilmembers, parks and recreation commissioners, City staff, and
tennis and pickleball aficionados gathered on a rainy morning on Monday, December 16 to celebrate the reopening of the lighted courts at
Marinship Park with a ceremonial ribbon cutting.
The two tennis and three dedicated pickleball courts will be available for open play until January 13, when a key card
membership program goes into effect. Members will be allowed to reserve one hour of court time per day, booked up to two weeks in advance. The cost of an annual membership starts at $150 for an individual living within the 94965 ZIP code.
