The Ferry Landside Improvement Project is nearing completion, with Phases 1 and 2 – covering the areas adjacent to Gabrielson Park, near the Sausalito Yacht Club entrance, and the ferry dock – now open to the public.

Phase 3, which includes the new Tracy Plaza near the intersection of Anchor Street and Bridgeway, is also almost finished, with fresh concrete already in place.

The final stages of work across all three phases will focus on landscaping, trees and greenery, irrigation and electrical infrastructure, punch list items, and amenities like benches.

The project is expected to be completed by mid-to-late February 2025, weather permitting. Please note that roadwork on Bridgeway related to the project may require temporary lane reductions for a few days.
