Sausalito Beautiful is partnering with the City to beautify the landscape strip north of the Public Bathrooms and Bus Stop on Bridgeway and around the corner on Bay Street.

Fall is the best time to prune, removing fire-prone dead branches and encouraging new growth. Nine volunteers joined Public Works landscape worker Dave Raffo and supervisor Oscar Lucario on Tuesday, October 14, and completed the first phase of the project. The group pruned the pittosporum shrubs along the brick building and Bridgeway as well as the pittosporum trees across from the Ice House Museum.
