A listening session will be held at the Sausalito City Council Chambers from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. on Thursday January 29th regarding the Parking Lot 1 at the Ferry Landing.

The project design team will briefly introduce three early conceptual alternatives for the parking lot, followed by time for community feedback. Community input will help shape the next phase of the project and will assist with presenting the project to the City Council in February.

About the project: In September 2025, the City Council authorized the Parking Lot 1 project and work officially began in October with CSWST2 and sub-consultant WRT. Since then, the team has been studying site conditions, opportunities, and constraints, and developing initial concepts.

This listening session is the opportunity for public input before the draft concepts move forward, and we strongly encourage you to attend and share your perspective. Please help spread the word to neighbors, colleagues, and community groups who may be interested.
