Join us to help shape Sausalito's affordable housing future at a public forum to gather community feedback on a draft Request for Proposals (RFP) for two city-owned sites.

The public forum will take place from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, March 8, at The Spinnaker. The first public forum was held on Sunday, February 22.

Program 8 of the City's 2023-2031 Housing Element commits the City to developing affordable housing on City-owned land. Two priority sites have been identified to deliver up to 81 affordable housing units, with a preference for senior housing. The sites are:

• Site 84: MLK Property 
• Site 75: Corporation Yard

Your feedback will directly inform the final RFP and shape the development proposals for these transformative affordable housing projects. Members of the public may also submit input online.
