Current Status for Sausalito

  • Sausalito and the entire Bay Area are under a public health order to shelter in place that became active on May 18. The new order is "open-ended and will remain in place until rescinded, superseded, or amended." (more info)
  • Outdoor retail, office space, outdoor dining, and curbside library services join childcare and summer/sports camps as business sectors allowed to reopen to patrons and employees as of Monday, June 1, provided that guidelines from Marin County Public Health are followed. (more info)
  • City Manager Adam Politzer has signed an executive order to make it easier for restaurants and retailers to offer outdoor dining and vending. (more info)
  • Marin Recovers is Marin County's framework for gradually and safely reopening sectors of the Marin economy.
