About Children's Parties

  • Let Playland Sausalito host your child's next birthday party!

  • Playland is located at MLK Campus, Building 6, 610 Coloma St, Sausalito, CA
  • All parties include outdoor seating for food and cake, wind shades, and heat lamps. See everything else that's included in "Party Options" below.       
  • Listed prices are for parties up to 30 kids. We can accommodate larger parties up to 50 kids for an extra $100.
  • Cost varies based on length of party time slot. Additional $10 fee on all parties for non-Sausalito residents (NR). 
  • Private Birthday Parties are available (certain dates excluded): 
  • Saturdays (Semi Private) 9:30-11:00am $315R/$325NR
    • Semi Private Parties are during Playland Open Play from 6/6-10/31/26
  • Saturdays (Private) 11:30am-1:30pm $475R/$485NR
  • Saturdays (Private) 2-4pm $475R/$485NR
  • Saturdays (Private) 4:30-6:30pm $475R/$485NR**
  • Sundays (Private) 1:30-4pm $550R/$560NR
  • Sundays (Private) 4:30-6:30pm $475R/$485NR**                                                                     

For parties on 11/7 or later, the following options will be available: 

  • Saturdays (Private) 9:00-11:00am $420R/$430NR
  • Saturdays (Private) 11:30am-1:30pm $490R/$500NR
  • Saturdays (Private) 2-4pm $490R/$500NR
  • Saturdays (Private) 4:30-6:30pm $490R/$500NR**
  • Sundays (Private) 1:30-4pm $575R/$585NR
  • Sundays (Private) 4:30-6:30pm $490/$500NR**      

Party Options 

  • Private Playland Party for ages 8 and under: Your party has the entire facility, including a gymnasium filled with inflatable bounce houses, and plenty of toys and games including arcade style basketball hoops, cars, and bouncy balls. For 30 kids. To have up to 50 kids, choose the additional kids add-on during checkout. 
  • Semi Private Playland Party for ages 6 and under: Your party is during Playland Open Play time, which is open to the public. 20 children maximum for  parties for this option. 
  •  Parties include full access of the Jumpy House Gym, which features: 3 jumpy houses, arcade basketball hoops, kiddie cars, train tables, music, and loads of equipment to play with!
    • Sample Itinerary: 60 minutes to play in the Gym, 15 minutes for cake and birthday celebrations outside on the picnic tables, and another 45 minutes of Jumpy House fun!
    • An extra hour may be added to the evening parties for $150 or 30 minutes for $100,  subject to availability only on Sundays.
  • **Private Dodgeball, Nerf Blaster, or Basketball, or Soccer Party for ages 9-13 years old: Your themed party will be set up with all the equipment you need in the gym. Outdoor seating is available for food/beverages.

    • This party must be scheduled as the last party of the day (4:30-6:30pm)
    • Pricing: $550R/$560NR 
    • Curated games / activities will be run by a Playland Coach

Additional Information About Parties

  • Alcohol may be served to adults at your private party when you submit an alcohol permit application with the City of Sausalito and pay a $50 permit-processing fee.
    • Contact recreation@sausalito.gov to add this on to your reservation if you did not choose it during initial 
  • Playland Parties are operated by Playland Sausalito/Mt. Tam Adventures Camp LLC
  • Party Refund Policy:
    • 100% back when cancelled at least three weeks prior to date of party.
    • 50% back when cancelled two weeks prior to the date of the party.
    • No refunds when cancelled within two weeks of party.
