On August 18, 2020, the City Council approved the acquisition of the Bank of America Building at 750 Bridgeway for a price of $2 million.
On August 19, 2022, the City entered into a lease agreement with the Sausalito Center for the Arts as tenant of the property at 750 Bridgeway.
