History of the Department

• In celebration of the quasquicentennial (125th) anniversary of the Sausalito Police Department, a series of historical retrospectives will be published under the History of the Department portion of our website
  • Many Sausalito Police Department officers and employees, past and present, wore an official 125th anniversary badge to celebrate the department's long history in Sausalito
• To celebrate 125 years of service the Sausalito Police Department posted historical retrospective photo galleries highlighting it's long history, including:
